Sex Talk: Kama Sutra

I bet I got everyone’s attention with that title, didn’t I?

The Kama Sutra, easily the most famous book in all of erotic history. It is the book, the one that explains it all and shows every kinky twist and turn, bend and flex you can perform while making love to your partner. The original, for my sexy historians, was written in Sanskrit by Vatsyayana and, while it is not entirely a book about sex, the majority of what we uncultured Westerners like to use it for is the lovely manual about all the creative positions in which one can have sex.

Naturally, that’s what we will be discussing today: positions.

Everyone knows ‘missionary style’ and ’69’, those are simple, standard, uncomplicated. But those are only two of 254 different positions that are illustrated in the Kama Sutra; 254!

Do you prefer to be on top? The big spoon or the little spoon? What about standing? Personally, I find standing to be quite awkward but that could also be because I have a height deficiency; can be quite challenging. Some of these look like they require a PhD in Olympic-level gymnastics or, at the very least, a portfolio from Cirque du Soleil.

But, of course, that’s what makes them all the more fun to try, isn’t it? Just don’t hurt yourselves, my lovelies, I still like having you around.

So, what’s your favorite position?
